Am I eligible to participate?

 Eligible participants are:

  • 18 or older
  • not moving away for at least a year so we can follow up the study next year
  • able to walk a few blocks if you needed to
  • not pregnant 
  • English or Spanish speakers 
  • residents of one of the randomly selected blocks

A research assistant will return your call or email within a few days for an appointment at your home or other convenient place.

Has my address been selected for invitation to the study?

The study area includes a random sample of addresses within 2 kilometers (about 1.2 miles) road distance from the North Temple construction sites in Salt Lake City, UT.  See the map that describes approximate boundaries and contact us to see if your particular address was chosen.
