Before the first day of class for FCS 5311: Students are required to attend a child life orientation.
Time: 5:30-7:00pm
Day: Third Thursday of Every month
Location: Alfred Emery Building (225 S. 1400 E., Salt Lake City, UT)

*Note: only FCS 5230, 5250, 5311, and 5312 may count towards Allied Hours and Other Hours for the M.S. in Human Development and Social Policy program.

Additional Information

The Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) credential is the exclusive certification issued by the Child Life Council. The requirements for becoming certified are based on academic and clinical experiences, and successful completion of the Child Life Professional Certification Examination.
